Northern Alberta Youth Entrepreneur Camp - Moose Lake,
August 17-23, 2008
Community Futures Grande Prairie & Region, in partnership with all of the CF offices in Northern Alberta, are preparing for the second annual Northern Alberta Youth Entrepreneurship Camp. The camp is a wonderful opportunity for young people, age 13-15, to learn more about entrepreneurship, to meet youth from all over Northern Alberta, and have a great time while doing it.

Women in North - Women in Business Conference: Peace River, AB
CFGP & R, in partnership with Project Lead - Community Futures Peace Country, and partners Alberta Women Entrepreneurs and Alberta Agriculture to host the first annual Women in the North Business Conference on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Misery Mountain Ski Chalet, Peace River.
More than 80 women who are in business or looking to be in business attended. Several new initiatives may develop from this conference. Watch for more in a community near you!
